I meet so many people who say they are not feeling well, or just feel tired. So I’d like to talk about one medical condition I’ve seen a lot. No, I am not going to diagnose or give you advices. This is for information purpose only. OK?
The condition is known as Hypochondria. Without going into details, let’s define hypochondria as psychological condition in which the person is obsessed by an idea of a certain medical condition. These people will find symptoms of the disease in themselves. They torture themselves, they torture doctors. They go through tons of medical tests with no confirmation of their imaginary condition.
In their defense, they don’t do it intentionally. This is subconscious. However, this imagination can result into functional disorders in the body systems controlled by autonomic nervous system. People can literally feel chest pain, or dizziness, or suffer from short breath, or have decreased libido. We studied the case in which a patient lost her sight, and that was totally functional. No structural changes were found.
Why am I telling you all this? Our mind has an amazing ability to talk us into or out of any condition. And our body will respond according to the symptoms we program into our brain. So stop looking for the things you don’t like, because you may find them eventually. Think about that.

PEACE!
