I’ll take it easy today, and will answer one of the frequent questions I’ve been getting my entire adult life, even today. The question is: do I drink alcohol and how much?
Well, of course, being a Russian, I have to like Vodka. Right?
Wrong. I don’t know if I like it or not because I’ve never tried vodka.
In fact, I never tried any alcohol in my life. Even beer.
Well, I did have a sip of Champagne when I was about 8 or 9, I don’t even remember. No, I did not get sick or feel disgusted. I thought soda was better, and I never got a desire to try again.
Keep in mind, I am not telling you what to do. This is my story. I am answering a question people ask me. All right?
By the time I became a teenager, I was already practicing yoga and meditation, and I could instantly achieve a state of total relaxation without any substances. Perhaps, being a nurd, a brainiac and to some extent a self-control freak, gave me some kind of fear of loosing control over my mind. Besides, I don’t really like how drunk people look. That is just me.
I know, people say that one glass of red wine a day is really good for the health. I hear you. But tea is also good. So is rooibos drink, or Noni juice, or Aloe Vera juice, or hundreds of other drinks that take shelves at the Whole food stores. If I drink a cup of each one of them a day, I may explode. Huh..
So, never say never, as I like to say, but for now I have enough of other stuff to drink for health, besides wine. Is everybody cool with that?

Now let’s breathe and smile. I will talk to you next time.
PEACE!
