010 – Mindful Mindfulness: Are You Being Mindful Of Your Own Mindfulness?
Good morning, folks! I am Jin with Morning Mindfulness Podcast. I hope you are having a great day or night! Hope you took a few seconds to take a breath, smile and send some positive thoughts into the World.
As Goethe said, “A man sees in the World what he carries in his heart”.
This is what I wanted to talk about this morning.

Sometimes people start complaining that the World is unfair. Is it so, or is it what they chose to see? Have you ever noticed such a phenomenon, if you buy a new car, everybody is driving the same car all of a sudden.
It happens because we start paying attention to something we have on our mind.
My friend, the World exist whether you are there or not. The question is what are you paying attention to? What are you looking for in the World? Trust me, if you are looking for it, you will find it. And the more you think about it, the more you find it.
We see in the world reflection of us, of who we are. I don’t mean to upset anybody. But we have as much Day on the Earth, as we have night. This is the Way the World exist. I cannot change it, neither do you.
If you don’t like darkness, stop thinking of it all the time, because this is what you will keep finding. You Don’t have to run from it. Just start thinking about light. Above all, be the light. You will find more light if you carry one in your heart. People will come to your light, and you will help them to find theirs.
What do you carry in your heart? Think about it for a moment.
