Today I will start talking about mindful goal setting.
I know, I know, this is one of the favorite topics for every coach.
I have some friends who remind me that not everybody who is wandering, is lost. They tell me that they just don’t need goal setting, they love going with the flow. They like to enjoy life. I hear that! I love this too!
I don’t mind if somebody’s taking the path of least resistance. I absolutely admire those who is content with minimalist lifestyle and just wants to sit and connect with the Divine all day long. That is amazing!
I don’t want to be insensitive… but for the love of God, why do some of those spiritual beings complain so much about gas prices, bills and financially tough life?
My friends, there’s no such a thing as drifting without a goal. If I go for a stroll with no specific destination, then my goal is just to have a walk. If somebody is drifting in life, then it was their decision, conscious or unconscious. However, this can be changed practically at any time. This week I will talk about that. Until then, answer one questions for yourself: are you honestly in life where you want to be? Financially, Spiritually, Health-wise, etc.
I know this message may create controversy. My goal was not to have everybody agree. My goal was to make you think. Hope I succeeded.
