There’s a character in the ancient tales by the name Wise Pig.
Let’s hear what Wise Pig says about manners and habits:

Once somebody asked a Wise Pig, “Why are you putting your feet in the food when you eat?”
“I like to feel my food with my mouth and my feet,” the Pig said. “When food is touching my legs, I experience a great pleasure.”
“What about manners?” the next question was?
“Manners exist for those around you, but pleasure – for you. If my pleasure is based on my nature, then the pleasure itself is very beneficial for me.”
“But manners can be beneficial too!”
“When manners are more beneficial than the pleasure,” the Pig said, “I don’t put my feet into my food.”
I know this story may sound silly. And for goodness sake don’t start putting your feet into your food, unless you are a Wise Pig. Then always be a Wise Pig.
But seriously, I don’t want to tell you what to do, but for myself this is what I like doing:
I have to follow laws and rules of the society I am in. This goes without saying. But when it comes to my personal habits, those that don’t affect anybody in any way, nobody tells me how to do things I want to do. If I don’t like the tradition, I won’t follow it just for the sake of following. That’s just me. But you may want to spend a couple of minutes thinking about that too. You never know what you may discover about yourself.

Now let’s breathe and smile. I will talk to you next time.
PEACE!
