Good morning, folks! I am Jin with Morning Mindfulness Podcast. Hope life is treating you well in your corner of the World! Let’s breathe and smile.
I am going to ramble on about some ideas I’ve got for quite a long time.

I choose to believe that it takes the same amount of collective energy to get from point A to point B in life. Basically, this is one of my interpretations of the Law of Energy Preservation. Let me give you an example, pretty ridiculous perhaps. But hopefully I can make a point.
How much energy and strength do you need to jump up to the second floor? I think quite a bit. You can invest some of that energy and build stairs. Or you can bring the crew and machines to build stairs. Or even elevator. A lot of energy would be spent combined. But now you don’t have to spend it on your jump. You and many other people can go up easy. But now you and other people have to go to work and make money, so you eventually spend it somewhere and it will come back to the builders. Am I making sense?
Here’s more practical scenario: clipping coupons from the paper or studying to make more money will eventually sum up to the same amount of energy spent collectively. I understand, if you compare particular moments in life, yes, cutting out coupons is easier than studying at the university. However, buying discounted junk food with those coupons will eventually destroy your health, and will make you go to doctors more and spend more money on medication. So the big circle connects.
There’s another part of this equation I need to mention. That is playing to your strength. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. And if we are not aware of them, we may try to go for certain results in our weak zone and get frustrated eventually. But when people really find their strength and their passion, then it looks like they are not doing much to get significant results. And they call it labor of love, not just work. When you like what you do, then you don’t have to fight with your own emotions. That’s why it feels so much easier, like going on vacation vs. going to job in the morning. Hope it makes sense. We’ll talk more about that.
