How many times have you seen on TV, in magazines, or have heard on the radio about new revolutionary fitness methods, miracle machine that will make everybody lose their weight in 3 weeks.. or let’s make it 2 weeks.
Let me tell you a secret: there’s no miracle machine or miracle exercise system that will do the job for you. Sorry if I burst somebody’s bubble.
I understand, there are different approaches, such as slow, fast exercises, high reps, low reps, heavy or light weigh. I get it.
You may not like weight lifting or machine work out at all. You may be into running, or Zumba, or whatever. This is something if you don’t know, your coach will help you to identify based on your goals.
However, within specific group there’s really no difference which exercises you choose. They all are effective as long as you are doing them properly.
Do those miracle machines and exercises really work better for somebody? Of course they do. Why? Because all those gadgets may be fun, and people just like playing with them. Is it worth getting one? If you have extra money and spare room, why not?
Personally, I like Elliptical machines, I really enjoy small trampoline called Urban Rebounder, I like body weigh training, and I discovered for myself Russian kettle bells. Well, rediscovered 30 years later after I saw them for the first time. This is not a question about what’s better. This is about what I like more, and what are my goals.
So, what’s the best fitness system in the world? That’s easy to answer: the best system is the one aligned with your goals and your personality type. Ultimately, that’s the one you will stick with. If you don’t know, get yourself a coach. I can recommend a couple if you need.

PEACE!
