Have you ever had somebody throw at you some totally bizarre accusations that just don’t make any sense? I’ve experienced that before. In this case the best tactics in my opinion is to do nothing.
If the threat is unknown, it is quite appropriate to take time to think what to do next. Let your opponents exhaust their attack force. Let them expose themselves. Is it really bizarre, or is it just me misunderstanding something?
Doing nothing is one of the best tactics when attack makes no sense at all. There’s even saying, “Wise man once said nothing”.
People get rude on the freeway, start yelling. Just do nothing. What’s a point of responding?
How to do nothing? Simple, but it takes some practice and patience.
1. Get over initial desire to respond. Count till 10.
I had people ask me, “Why are you not saying anything?”
I would answer, “Because what you are saying does not make any sense to me, I am trying to understand”.
Try not to get emotional, but keep you mental martial art stance. Be bold.
2. Remember, you are choosing not to waste your energy. You are not just doing nothing because you are scared.
You are not weak. You are solid like a rock. You are standing there because you chose to stand there.
Does it make sense?
