Good morning, folks, or whatever good time of day or night is in your corner of the World! I am Jin from Healthy Positive Lifestyle Network. This is an early morning in Phoenix, AZ as I am releasing my new Morning Mindfulness Podcast. I am planning to make it strictly an audio podcast. My target audience is commuters, and in particular somebody who likes receiving a couple of minutes of positive vibes right to their smart phones to start the day. These episodes will not be long, so relax, you can go to your favorite show in just a couple of minutes.

Morning Mindfulness Podcast is about mindfulness. No, no, no, not about just sitting and doing nothing and emptying your mind. That is not mindfulness, that would be mindlessness. But we are talking about mindfulness. It is about being in the moment. It is about paying attention. It is about nonjudgmental attitude. It is about awareness. It is about making wiser decisions.
Mindfulness is not religious. It doesn’t matter where you are from, what you do, where you live, what is your nationality, gender or age! Mindfulness is for everybody. It is about doing what you are doing in each moment.
I will be talking about many things I’ve done during the past three decades. I will talk about things I learned doing martial arts, yoga, various meditation techniques, Qigong, tea ceremony, and a lot more. I will also discuss some things I learned from self improvement books and leadership coaches. So stay tuned. Right now I am planning to make it 4 or 5 times a week, Monday through Friday. And I hope you can find here something interesting for you.
