#2 – Inner Smile: Few Seconds a Day that Can Change Your Life

Good morning, folks, or good whatever time of day or night you have now where you are! I am Jin from Healthy Positive Lifestyle Network.
Last time I introduced my new Podcast I called Morning Mindfulness. So today we go to straight to the topic. I will teach you to smile. No, no, Not just your every day smile, but the exercise called internal smile.

Imagine yourself smiling. Or try to remember yourself smiling. Or just remember somebody smiling at you. Your facial expression may not change at all.
When we are doing it at the studio, I usually ask people to close their eyes. But if you are driving, please don’t, unless you are riding in the passenger’s seat.
Once you imagine the smile, take a deep breath. Inhale… Exhale…
Powerful exercise to start your day with, or to do it throughout the day whenever you remember. We’ll talk about it in a different episode.
But keep this in mind: You are the Wizard of your own life, and Internal Smile is your Power Field you put on to create the Magic of mindfulness. So don’t underestimate its power!
