025 – Mindful Path of Water: Gentle Persistence
Good morning, folks! I am Jin with Morning Mindfulness Podcast. I hope you are doing great in your corner of the World! Let’s start a great day with a breath and a smile!
People ask me often: how do you know when to adjust and when to do it your way? That’s like an ego trip: I don’t want to be pushed around.
What is the Path of Water?

I usually answer with may favorite topic: Water. Look at it: it is soft and flexible enough to run around even tiny obstacles, but it is powerful and persistent to create a Grand Canyon.
My answer to the question is:
if you can move the obstacle easy, move it. If not, learn to adjust and find the Path of least resistance. Like water, you don’t change your essence, you are still being you. Like water, you are persistent and you keep running. And like water, you will adjust your Path, whether it is polishing sharp corners in your way, or changing the face of the planet. Remember, the Water is the most powerful force on the Earth. Don’t let its flexibility deceive you.
I hope you can learn something from my Water topics this week.
